Our Step-by-Step Plan


Let’s take a look at our plan to help you buy your new home

Step One | Consultation

The consultation is where we have our first face-to-face meeting. In this meeting we will talk about your needs and where you are in the process. We will go through the timeline of buying from submitting an offer to closing. We will talk about getting a pre-approval so that you know your buying power and have an actual number. We will then go through my end of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and choose a possible property and do a financial mock up so that you can see what your monthly payments might look like. Lastly we will go through all the paperwork that will be involved, that way down the road we are all on the same page.

Step Two | Showings

After the consultation we will all have a better idea of what you are looking for and your timeline, whether it is a year or a month from then. Together we will choose properties that meet all your needs, I will schedule showings and we will go out together to see them.

Step Three | Offer & Negotiations

Once we have found a property that meets all your needs and you feel it could be the right property we will present different options in terms of price and conditions and together we will put together an offer you are comfortable with and understand. It will then be up to us to negotiate the best possible price and terms for you. The key is to jump on the opportunity when you find it or else it could be gone before you know it.

Step Four | Accepted Offer to Closing

This is where we really get to work. Once we have an accepted offer it is our job to make sure that we meet all the deadlines that we set out in the offer. We will do this by constantly being in contact with you, our attorney and our mortgage broker/lender. We are here to direct and coordinate so that the process moves a long like a well oiled machine all the way through to closing.

Step Five - After Closing

We want to be the agents who you automatically think of when you think real estate. It is not our goal to just get the deal done and never talk to you again. Our goal is to have a clients who thinks of us not only as a real estate professional but also as a friends and people who ideas can get shot off of, without the feeling of getting coerced into something.
