BLAKES TITLES
Broker - There are two licenses in MA related to the sales of property. Salesperson is the typical license by most agents which allows them to work under a broker. Brokers license is a step further allowing holders to start their own brokerage and manage other agents.
Vice President - Title at Compass (brokerage our team is associated with) related to sales volume comparatively to other agents/teams associated with Compass
Team lead/Team Principle/Team Founder - Title(s) related to the formation and management of the Sherwood & Company Team.
BLAKES DESIGNATIONS
CRS - Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers and brokers.
Divorce Specialist - The RRC’s Residential Real Estate Divorce Specialist Certification is awarded to agents completing course work related to working with clients dealing with divorce and residential sales.
CMAC - As a Compass Military Appreciation Credit certified agent, I can assist military affiliated clients in buying or selling a home anywhere. I have been trained in the PCS process and can help with the nuances of the relocation.

NAR - We are members of the the National Association of Realtors. NAR is composed of residential and commercial brokers, salespeople, property managers, appraisers, counselors, and others engaged in the real estate industry.

MAR - We are members of the the Massacusetts Association of REALTORS®. They’ve made it their mission to support members and communities by advancing the capabilities of peers and supporting legislation that protects property owners and REALTORS® across the Bay State.
GBAR - We are members of the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS®. GBAR is the largest local REALTOR® association in New England and among the top 30 largest nationally. GBAR provides professional development courses, standard forms, legal reports and updates, brokerage counseling, legislative and regulatory representation, ethics, mediation and arbitration services, as well as recognition awards.

Blake has consistently been a part of leadership in the Nor’Easters having been Vice President, Membership Committee Chair and on the Membership Committee since being inducted in 2019.
